Terms & Conditions

  • The Club/Society shall appoint MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie as its agent authorized to sell lottery entries, membership entries and all financial collection activities on its behalf.

  • Draw Results - That all draw results will be published on MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie by the Club\Society within 7 days of draw or prior to the next draw taking place.

  • Lotto Winner Payments. - The Club/Society are responsible for the payment, by of any winnings to players.

  • Payments to Club/Society - MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie will send a cheque, or pay by EFT, for the balance due to a Club/Society on the 3rd Friday of each month where the balance is €1000 or more.  If the balance is less than €1000, this will be carried forward to the next month’s sales.  The balance due will consist of the total ticket sales, membership sales and any other financial transaction taken through the MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie system of the previous month less the agreed commission.  If the club required the funds at any time prior to the date outlined above, then an e-mail request will be sufficient and the full amount due will be transferred immediately regardless of amount.

  • Player Refunds - If a player requests a refund, for any reason, it will be the Clubs/Societies responsibility to assess and decide on the issue.  No refunds will be offered through MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie.

  • Cancellation of Service - If the Club/Society cease to operate their fundraising lottery or cease to have it listed on the MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie website, they will be liable to offer a refund to all players of their lottery who've paid for draws that have not taken place.

  • Change of Current Set-Up – A fee will apply for any modifications required to your System set-up once live on MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie. E.G. increasing/decreasing of numbers drawn etc.  This fee will be quoted to you by email for your approval before any modifications are made.

  • Termination of Service.
  1. MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie reserve the right to terminate the service where a Club/Society continually fails to fulfill their obligations. In particular, that Draw Results and/or Winning Payments are not being handled in a timely fashion, as outlined above.
  2. The Club/Society reserves the right to terminate the service with MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie for any reason. To terminate the service, call the office on 091-506048. All efforts will be made to remove your Club/Society within a 24 hour period. Upon termination by the Club/Society, MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie will pay all funds due to the terminating Club/Society.  It will be the responsibility of the Club/Society to settle all outstanding monies with players. The full Annual Fee will not apply, but the Club will be charged at €10 a month for each month up to the cancelation date.
  3. Should the club terminate the service while there are current online lotto players, the club must verify in writing that these players will be contacted and informed prior to any final funds, if any, being transferred to the Club.    
  • A contract for us to supply you with services will only be created when we accept your application (which we may do in writing, by email) and we have received a copy of your Lottery Registration Certificate

Funds will not be paid out to a Club/Society until a current copy of your Lottery Registration Certificate has been received. 

  • It is the responsibility of the club/society to keep the lottery application up to date. (Yearly)

  • All material on this site is protected by copyright. You may only copy, download and reproduce it for your own personal use. You must not use it for reproduction on any other website, or in any way for commercial purposes or for gain unless you first obtain our written consent.

  • Net Beo Teoranta trading as MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service, including the Interactive Areas, at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability.  MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or Content (including the Interactive Areas), without prior notice or liability.

  • All data imported into the client administration system will at all time be considered the property of the client.  This will include email addresses, mobile phone numbers etc.  MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie will at no time communicate with individuals who are members of the client data base.  All of the data in the client administration section will be protected by MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie.  All data in the Client administration section will never be sold onto or transferred to any third party without the prior written permission of the client.  All emails sent out by the system, activated by the client, will have “unsubscribe” details imbedded.  All of the communications are in compliance with relevant data compliance regulations.      

  • NetBeo Teoranta (LTD) trading as MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie, its servants and agents do not warrant that any of the information or data appearing on this site is accurate or reliable. No liability whatsoever is accepted by MyClubFinances.com/Locallotto.ie, its servants or agents for any errors or omissions in the information or data or for any loss or damage arising from its use by any person.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of the Club\Society.
