Pat served as the club’s Coaching Officer for many years and played a pivotal role in the development of it’s juvenile structures. One of his key strengths was the coaching of the fundamental skills of the game at foundation level and ensuring every player received equal opportunity and playing time. He actively recruited new coaches and parents to get involved in the club and to further their own knowledge and qualifications through the completion of GAA courses.
