Although most have been concentrating on the search for tickets for the match itself, tickets for the Alll Ireland After Match Banquet have been selling briskly. The banquet is set for the Double Tree by Hiilton (former Burlington Hotel). About 90% of the capacity is now sold or accounted for, with about 80 tickets remaining.
About 20 tickets still remain available to those West of the Corrib and are available from County Hurling Committee member, Kenneth Fox. Tickets are €60 for the event which has a strict 8pm start time due to the involvement of TV to a greater or lesser extent. The cut off point for the sale of banquet tickets is 9pm on Wedday 2nd September as numbers have to be confirmaed to the hotel on Thursday morning.
